All of the standard car rental chains (e.g. Hertz, National/Budget, etc.) are present at the Indy airport, though not all in one location (this will change with opening of the new passenger terminal in Nov.). We rent 2-3 times a year there, visiting family, and joined Budget’s program online, so we no longer have to wait at the rental desk - we just head out and get our vehicle. BTW, it’s very convenient to pick up or drop off a car in Indy - the airport has a large footprint and rental cars are all just right outside the terminal, an easy walk.
