16 years ago. We tend to use Hertz or Budget. The check in/out process with both companies is very quick and easy (I belong to the Hertz #1 Gold and Budget FastBreak). I've found that all of the car companies have very competitive rates. We got a great discount with Budget for our December trip through Costco.
