    It looks like toll-by plate which would not involve any device inside the car. I can stand corrected if wrong. Although the sticker is only $5, you may or may not get it off the windshield. The portable transponder with the suction cups is going to cost more than the $19.75 maximum admin fees charged by rental's toll program.
