I've been having this issue as well. I reset my password and even tried making a new account-- same issue. On Firefox I had similar issues (I clicked "log in" and nothing happened). I was finally able to log in on a Chromebook. I've had some difficulties that required multiple logging in and out, but it's worked.
Without it recognizing the Sky Miles number I can't change the password associated with it. The phone app has no problem with it. I've just spent 1-1/2 hours on the phone with support and the problem isn't resolved. They have tried something and said I need to wait 24 hours and try again to change the password and see if that works.

All my ba.com problems have not been to do with browser issues.
