   Hello! I am looking for travelers experience of traveling with Unitied domestic flights in the USA. I have found the ideal travel bag for us, except it's 0.9 inch larger than the specified baggage size for Unitied (62.9" vs 62" allowed). Does anyone have experience with how strict United are with Checked Baggage?

   Answer 1 of 8: I was hoping someone can help me as United isn't of much help. I'm catching a flight on air canada and then connecting to a united flight. My question is, air canada does not charge a fee for check in baggage whereas united does.
