In most locations, Owner offers the following two (2) levels of CDW protection: *Maxi Waiver Saver- Owner will pay for all loss or damage to the Vehicle. *Waiver Saver 3000- Owner will pay the first $3,000 of loss or damage. Renter will pay for all loss or damage over $3,000.
We've never had an accident in a rental, but have received a cracked windshield on one occasion and a broken light on another (both courtesy of road debris behind a truck). We mad a call, drove to nearest rental location and were on our way with a new vehicle in 20 minutes.
