I think currently they will run out of small cars first so they will make you a good deal to upgrade, maybe only a dollar or 2 a day, just be careful with gas. Also on dollar if you put in promo code TARR you get 20% off, I have no idea why , but it works.

Answer 1 of 7: I reserved a Minivan for Vegas March 17-20 with Promo Code TARR from Dollar. I've been reading on different websites that this promo code is only good when renting in Florida and a few people said its for travel agents only.

Once signed in, there was a link for Special Offers in which they listed many of the major car rental agencies, including Dollar. For me, this was significantly cheaper than going to the car rental agencies directly, and it was also cheaper than Costco Travel.
