In baggage claim area therr are some restaurants outside security. These are generally on a level above baggage claim. There is one on site airport hotel ( I think a Westin) but the rest of hoteks and car rentals are off airport ehere you need to use shuttle buses to get there. After debarking the plane, you have to wait for the damn subway to the main terminal unless you can walk across the bridge from Terminal A to the main concourse.
