At 7 days out I would have about 50% faith in their predictions. At 5-6 days - 70%, at 3-4 days - 80%, at 2 days 90%, and the day before 95%.
In the US, I tend to use accuweather.com or weather.com, but I find their forecasts for Europe are the same every day and not generally accurate. You can never accurately predict the weather in May or early June. Late June, July and August have much more predictability. This last week in Salou has been excellent in the day but as soon as the sun drops the temp has gone down by a good 15 degrees due to cold winds from North.
