I have a Visa Electron card under my SA with Union Bank and it works fine with online transactions - they should work more than a credit card because it goes direct to your money from the bank (used it before with Cebu Pacific, of course money gets deducted instantly).

    8 years ago. 1) Yes it will work if it is any international debit card (with visa electron).... BUT. There is a surcharge on every transaction. And most atm machines have a limit of 10k pesos max per transaction. Also, if you go to smaller islands, they have few atm machines.
