I'm posting my experience with Hotels.com so hopefully others won't fall for the same bait and switch scam. Summary: Hotels.com does not really price match if the reservation is non refundable. Even if the price match is approved before booking, they only offer a coupon/voucher toward another booking at an inflated price.
