    Also its either out of business or hopefully just closed for renovation, but Mandler's (all sorts of grilled sausages) on 17th between 5th and Union Square Park has free refills on soda. They dont come around - you have to get up and go to the machine. I think a few hamburger places lets you refill soda - maybe Goodburger? and BRGR.
