Their only means for communication is through their unreliable AVA Livechat where you talk to a non-human customer service personnel.

Re: how to contact Airasia ? 13 years ago. Instead of 0060 085 9999 or +60 085 9999 or perhaps 0060 85 9999 or +60 85 9999 have you tried +603 2171 9333 ? The premium line seems to be only available within Malaysia.

A relative of our has the same problem. I have manage to speak with Customer Service @AirAsia. You will have to fax them and explain about the change in passport number.
