Myself along with my 2 friends are planning on traveling to beautiful Lahore and Islamabad this coming January, but we have been unsuccessful in loading the e-visa website at https://visa.nadra.gov.pk/e-visa/.

The number on the website just rings out. I called my consulate but they were not helpful. I'm getting worried as I fly out soon and I still don't have the tourist visa.
