    chareirishman...my point exactly. I emailed their customer service department and their Taiwan sales office....no reply. Called the reservations number...855-3333 from the US I tried 011-63-855-3333 with no luck...I think that is how you call from the US. I saw the schedule info before, thanks. I still have no idea how you book or get the cost.

    For the information of everybody, this is a travel forum and not a web site of any travel agent or airline. Domestic airlines offers online purchase of tickets for those who have a credit cards. If you don't have a credit card then go buy the tickets personally at one of their ticketing office or from a travel agent in Manila .

    Just go to the airport 2 hours before your flight.Go to Zest Air's office at the airport and ask for a printout of your ticket. Their office (specially in the provinces) would be open at least 1.5 hrs before the departure of the first flight to accommodate "Go Show" passengers.

    Further down in this forum is another topic for Zest Air. Member "Prime" had the same issue contacting Zest Air. His last post indicated that he received an email from Zest and another telephone number to call. No word on his success. You may want to send him a PM on the contact information that worked for him in contacting Zest.
