Pie town New Mexico, is an excellent find. Far out on state highway 60, this cafe has a nice breakfast and lunch. I had the stuffed waffles and I so enjoyed them, they were filling and delicious. The stuffed waffles came in two different flavors: sweet and savory. I had the savory that was stiffed with eggs, bacon and sausage.
Pie Town is one of the best kept secrets in New Mexico. The Daily Pie Cafe is a great stop for breakfast lunch or the best pie since granny's. I never miss it, when I go through.
