   Liquor store near H&H Pharmacy. I'll let someone else comment on seafood. We have got seafood from the little stands before and that was good. There's a grocery store in town that probably has whatever food you need. The Food Lion is bigger and you drive past it when you turn off Rte 13 to head to Chincoteague. Report inappropriate content.

There are also several grocery stores in Shallotte about 5-6 miles away (including a Super Wal-Mart). Enjoy!
