You'll likely need to pay for uber/taxi from the place you return the car to your hotel and then take another from your hotel to the airport. That's going to be $30-$40 (guesstimate depending on what you take) at least with tip.

We returned a rental last month with Budget, also on the strip and there were probably 15 people on line…. Report inappropriate content. CanadianOil.

The free car rental shuttle (driver tips are appreciated) picks up and drops off passengers very near the terminal’s (Terminal 1 or Terminal 3) arrival taxi stand. Limos have their own path/stand parallel to these taxis.
I checked hotwire but couldn't find a way to plug in a separate pick-up, return location. Thanks in advance. 1. Re: Rent car on strip & return to airport? Check with the individual car rental company's website (Hertz, Avis, etc.) when reserving. You can elect to return to a different location when pricing your rental.

The shuttles are very efficient and you are unlikely to wait long for one. Usually there is one loading when I arrive in the area. If you see one taking off another will arrive shortly.
