I've joined 'Hertz Gold' membership and booked my car rental via the official Hertz phone line and have prepaid for the car on my credit card. They have my credit card details on file already. I am picking up at SLC airport and dropping off at SF. The rental is in my name.

Answer 1 of 7: I can find from from the discount code website online. It belongs to a Motor Club. It saves a lot with the NeverLost GPS. Can I just go ahead to use it? Will Hertz ask me to show the membership card of that motor card when I collect the car?
The general customer service phone number is printed there as well, which you would use if you wanted to extend your rental. Funny, I have not had any rep from Hertz suggest I purchase this. I have been a Hertz Gold Member for about four years and customer for many more years before that.
