Delivery came at 1:15 (it was the Sunday of the Ironman so I was more than pleased that they were just a few minutes late given the ridiculous traffic delays). A couple of items were unavailable, which was ok... no charge, of course. Credit card swiped at time of delivery. Delivery charge 35 pesos (~$2 USD).

La Comer (and Walmart) say they offer grocery pick but I can't figure out how to go through and pick out items and place an order for pick up. We will be doing a grocery stop on the way from airport to resort, and this would definitely be a time/money saver. I like to do my own shopping, so please don't suggest an expensive grocery service.

If something is missing, have one member of your group stay at Walmart to complete the shopping for the missed item(s) and then take Uber on to your lodging. I am the 'rare bird' who enjoys grocery shopping, making my own selections, interacting with local staff, and so on. So I have not ordered anything from Walmart (yet.)
