May 26, 2024, 4:20 AM. I had a horrible experience, I was charged $100 more than prepaid rental. I was told it was my fault for taking an upgrade. I did not take an upgrade, the car was as described on the reso. Thrifty customer service did nothing to help, just blamed me. Never rent w them. Reply.
I have booked a midsize car with Thrifty. Does anyone know what type of car it will be? It says Ford Fusion or similar. I just want an idea because there will be 3 adults and 2 kids (no car seats needed). Plus our luggage probably 3 large suitcase and a couple carry-ons (we will bring all our own snorkel gear which takes up a fair amount of space).
