Feb 15, 2024, 12:10 PM. I purchased a travel package from Costco Travel for 7 nights @ Hilton Hawaii Village with Air Canada for March 27 to April 4, 2023. We paid in advance and in full. Unfortunately, I injured my ACL on March 19, 2023 and was unable to travel. I called Costco Travel to cancel this package on March 20.

My recommendation: Call Costco travel first thing in the morning (they open at 6am PST) and cancel or reschedule. I cancelled our trip and will be looking to go to Bora Bora next year instead. Re: [Canada] Booked with GoToGate, can I cancel within 24hrs? The USA has a 24 hour cancellation policy that applies to tickets booked directly with airlines. As far as I know nowhere in the world has a 24 hour cancellation policy for tickets booked through agents/online bookers. Some agents/bookers claim to have their own equivalent policies.
