Re: Costco Travel - Air Canada - Problems With Airline Credit. The trip was over $8,000, it was just the flights that were $3,300. It is only the $3,300 that I am trying to figure out. I contacted Costco and they said they will look into it and get back to me next week.

Help us make Tripadvisor better! Forums. After booking a reservation through TripAdvisor I realized that I needed to cancel the reservation. I never received an email from TripAdvisor so I logged into my account and pulled up the booking. It clearly said to contact the booking partner (hotel) directly and even gave me the hotel phone number.
My recommendation: Call Costco travel first thing in the morning (they open at 6am PST) and cancel or reschedule. I cancelled our trip and will be looking to go to Bora Bora next year instead. Our entire trip was refunded except a $500 cancel fee with United ($250 cancellation fee x person). The Costco rep gave me the option of rescheduling the ...
Answer 1 of 6: Hi all, for anyone out there who was planning to go to Kauai on a Costco travel package this question is for you. Did you cancel your trip altogether or reschedule/rebook for 2021?
I have used Costco Travel several times for family trips. They are wonderful to work with, and their prices are much better than I can find elsewhere. In addition, most of their packages include bonuses (e.g., resort credits, Costco cash cards, transportation). I always go to Costco Travel first when planning a trip.

When my wife and I went to Seattle in December 2013, we got a Jeep Compass through Avis with Costco for 4 days and it was right about $100 and super simple.
