    Call a locksmith. They will charge around $100-200 no more than that depending on the model of the car. Alamo shouldnt charge you anything as long as you get the car to them with a set of keys. If they do get the car towed and taken back to their facility they would probably charge you both the towing and the new set of keys.

    We rented a car from national rental car at the airport in cancun, Mexico and were scammed!!!! When we first received the car they were adamant about us looking at the spare tire in the trunk which was very weird. When we returned the car, ta-da, the spare was gone!!!! They charged us 387 dollars for the missing spare!!!!
