Expedia never notified us of that. As such we had to book a new flight on a different airline at a much higher price. I have made 7 calls to Expedia talked to 7 customer service agents and 4 supervisors. I have been disconnected 3 times after waiting on line for up to 40 minutes. ON May 21, I was promised an answer within 24-48 hours.
This saga started on September 20th. Expedia.ca has been "having difficulties" for well over two weeks. This a.m. I had two emails from Expedia. First one mentioned a minor flight time change. Second was entitled: URGENT, CONTACT Expedia and this one involved cancelled flights.

This evening, I tried to make a change to a flight booking made through the Expedia.ca web site. The customer support of this company has not improved a bit in the past six months! I booked a fully flexible and refundable business class ticket, on full anticipation that I might need to make changes.
