Legit but awful. Not a scam. Just a dreadful site, best avoided. If people don’t look at the website address carefully after googling a hotel name they somehow believe they are booking direct with the hotel, but it’s a third-party booking site, with restrictive Terms and Conditions and hefty fees tacked on.

Choosing three places can indeed make for a busy itinerary, but it's wonderful to hear that both the guide and driver were nice and helpful throughout the journey.
We took the Evan Evans general "London in One Day" tour on our first full day in London just to get an overview of the city. The whole operation was very professional and our guide was excellent. We stopped at the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, and the London Eye. All were good stops and our guide was knowledgeable and entertaining.
