    Tsim Sha Tsui is always packed because it is THE best place to see the fireworks. You have the Hong Kong Island skyline as backdrop. You can also view from Hong Kong side, obviously with a different backdrop. Wanchai near the convention center is right in the middle, but there is a lot of construction going on at the waterfront.
