Trying to resume with the app ID it would keep saying "Captcha empty" even though it wasn't. And when it eventually accepted the captcha it would just say "Session expired" straight away.

We're attempting to get eVisas for our trip to Vietnam in three weeks, and we can't get the Vietnam eVisa web site to accept our application, since the Captcha at the bottom just shows "Text to Identify" and not a real captcha picture.
