My email ID had a capital letter in it. When I insert my email ID and press next, the capital letter in my ID automatically converted to lowercase letter. When I entered the password, it can't login because the email ID was wrong.

All of a sudden after I pressed caps lock and the Shift key together my word document can only be typed in capital letters. Nothing I do will remove the capital letters. I'm in the middle of an online graduate class and have already typed 66 pages of papers and replies.
My boss's MS Account somehow ended up logged into MS Edge on one of our client's computers. This poses a bit of a security risk, as his account contains passwords and other sensitive information. When I try deleting the profile through MS Edge settings it does delete the profile but then leaves this:
