Reviewed August 20, 2022. The store isn't as clean as it used to be. Some of the staff uses gloves and most don't when handling food such as the pretzel making staff and those handling the meats and deli. Store needs a complete deep cleaning. Route 13 Outlet Market. The used book store is in the end of the mart and has a rather large area. There is also a room for children's books. I look for a few specialty areas of fiction and non fiction and have been pleased with my finds. One dollar ($1) gets the book of your choosing, from bound table top to paperbacks.

Go Amish (market) in Laurel MD. It's my usual quick lunch, grab and go. Open only 3 days a week: Thur 9am-6pm, Fri 9am- 8pm and Sat 8am-3pm. Love super-rich ice cream, yummy pretzel, variety of bread & pies. If you have time, dine-in the restaurant for good, simple food with great service.
I have been going to Dutch Country Farmers Market since I moved to Laurel, MD in 2011. Love the quality of the vegetables and fruits. Also this is my must to get meats and poultry. When it comes to chicken soup this is the best place to get the chicken. The flavor is superior.
