This morning I tried to access the customer complaint section on Avis website. I was just looking for an area to type my complaint, but they make it too time consuming. I decided to call the 800 number. David took my verbal complaint, was very polite and offered me a coupon for a 3-day free rental that expires on Dec of 2024.
