A solo traveler, I always book the economy class cars. It was my first time dealing with Advantage. I arrived at the counter in Las Vegas airport 30 minutes prior to my reservation time and found 8 people ahead of me. Three clerks were serving the customers so I estimated it would take about 15 minutes to be served.

This is because of their consistent positive reviews, and personal experiences. Please do read the car rental companies' reviews before renting.

It has been a long time since I've needed to rent a car and I feel out of practice. I have never heard of this rental agency before.

Not a company I’ll ever use.after you return your car in the garage you walk to the shuttle. once on it’s about a 8-10 minute ride. It shouldn’t take you more than about 20 minutes from when you enter the garage to get dropped off at the terminal.
Advantage car rentals can be so pathetic. Never rely on them and if you do they can even spoil your trip as they did for me. Had booked this because of its low prices but when reached california, office people were not even picking the phone. No shuttle was available.
