We rented an SUV thru Priceline and we had to pick it up at National. Pick up was in Rochester NY. I purchased the additional insurance at $13/day thru Priceline. Upon returning the car National charged us again for the LDW. I called their customer service which is located in India and could barely understand the woman. I was promised a refund.
