No show on a Cebu Pacific departure flight. Nov 23, 2023, 9:29 AM. I booked a round trip ticket at Cebu Pacific Airlines from MANILA to HKG on NOV 27-29. There were changes in my travel plans and I decided to book a new one way flight from MNL to HKG on NOV 25. I decided I would not show up on my MNL - HKG flight.

There were changes in my travel plans and I decided to book a new one way flight from Manila to Incheon on Dec 15. I decided I would not show up on my Cebu -incheon flight.

Cebu Pacfic air Beware! 6 years ago. Hello. Can anybody help me please. I bought tickets from Bali to, Manila, Dumagette. The fare rules state on my ticket state it can be cancelled or re routed for a fee. The fare category is a Year round saver. However having logged on to manage my booking it will not allow me to change the route.
120 reviews. 123 helpful votes. Ever tried to cancel flights with Cebu Pacific? 12 years ago. One of the complaints the local airlines gave when fighting against the new compensation arrangements was that passengers ( sorry "Guests") don't turn up for the flights they have booked.

Re: How reliable are Cebu Pacific flights? Most of flights of Cebu Pacific this week are either cancelled or super delayed. Even Philippine Airlines has a lot of delayed flights this week. Any unfavorable weather in Cebu or Manila will greatly affect all other flights. So you better listen to reply number 1.
Cebu Pacific no longer offers refunds. Instead, it places the value of your unused ticket in a 'travel compensation fund' or similar: the balance must be used within three months. Effectively, foreigners lose it all unless you are a frequent visitor to the Philippines.
