This was one of the worst car rental experiences I've ever had and I've literally rented several hundred cars over the past few years. The wait for the shuttle from the airport to the rental center should have been my 1st tip.

Enterprise has a great deal on SUV's at DIA- $21 per day and you don't have to pay for an additional driver if it is your spouse like you do with Dollar and Thrifty.
