This forum is full of complaints about the lack of customer service, delays in receiving refunds, tours cancelled at the last minute, no call or email when things are cancelled, vouchers not accepted by the provider, people left stranded, etc.
Go Irish Tours - Bad Experience. 1 year ago. I tried to leave a review for Go Irish Tours but they are not listed, so leaving my comments here to warn others. I started communicating with Go Irish Tours on November 14, 2022 and, after agreeing upon a preliminary self-drive itinerary and price, paid a 20% deposit on December 13, 2022.
Go Ahead tours has been around for many yrs and does tours all over the world. There was a thread on Go Ahead on TA that ran for yrs with hundreds of postings. You can always find someone with a complaint but for the most part Go Ahead has good reviews. Understand that many UK tour operators net everything down and don't include a lot of meals.

They are super organized, very professional, give us exactly what we want and their attention to detail is impressive. They booked hotels, tee times, rental car, all restaurants and did a great job.

Don’t Golf Here. When we arrived on 4/11/19 were told “the first 4-5 greens are not in good shape.”. The price was discounted by $13. Actually 16 greens were just awful! Nothing more than dirt with green dye. They refused any refund for the lost condition, but offered a half off coupon.
