Budget does not let you "skip the line" they apparantly have a seperate fast break line. The last time I was with Budget there was a line out the building and they let people in a few at a time. Wait times were about 90 min.

   I like Costco because it brings up some of the majors at once....Avis, Budget, Enterprise and Alamo. For instance, right now my car booked through Costco with Budget is almost $200 less than booking with Budget directly. I've canceled and re-booked several times already and still have 3 months to go.
