5 years ago. There are differing opinions on this some say lock others say no. At the end of the day it’s up to you. I always lock my luggage with TSA locks. I’ve had my bags opened and had a note left inside by TSA. I’ve never had locks cut off. Some people use cable ties instead of locks, these are easy to cut off.
