6 years ago. You won't find ANY car rental companies without bad reviews. People give bad reviews for a number of reason but the majority of reasons are unwarranted when it comes to the better companies. Companies to avoid will be Firefly, Maggiore, Goldcar and Locauto. These are bad companies and should be avoided at all costs.

I have leared this experience that if you hire car through Holiday Autos their customer service is very good; call their numbrt rather Auto Europe in the event of a breakdown and you will be OK. I would never book directly with Auto Europe as I would not feel safe in the event of a breakdown. Report inappropriate content. sydneynick.

Only the really dodgy companies set out to cheat their customers. Stick with one of the big well-known brands - Avis, Europcar, Hertz - and it is unlikely you will have a problem.
