Yes or No. I would never use a travel agent for Disney. If you take the time to do a bit of research it is very easy to sort out for yourself. There are constantly posts on here about when something happens, like a previously unannounced refurbishment at the hotels, that the agents aren't always responsive or in a position to offer remedies.
