Southwest is actively blocking a number of IP addresses, some of these addresses are allocated to Singapore. You should not have problems accessing Southwest.com if you are on Singtel. Starhub and M1 users are currently blocked. You can look for VPN services (free or paid) to bypass the IP address block.
Do NOT fly Southwest if you have pets. I have flown 10+ times with my small 6yr old beagle who is my ESA. I have NEVER had an issue with being approved to fly at the ticket counter. During my return flight home to Philly on June 15th, the ticket agent at Omaha NE, Rae, and her supervisor, Kristy, were extremely rude and denied my dog for boarding.
