Many of them have English language sections. There is a area called Kanda Bookstore Town. You'll find a ton of new and used bookstores here.

    15 years ago. The closest Costco to central Tokyo is at Kawasaki. It may be the newest too, although I understand there is another opening in Hokkaido. There is another one at Makuhari, thats not far from the Higashi Kanto Expressway, that leads to Narita Airport.
