In Tromsø Hertz is in the center, convenient if your ship is docking in the center, less convenient if your ship is docking in Breivika. In the latter case i would ask for delivery at the dock. In Trondheim you don't really need a car.

I wanted to know if there is anywhere near the Port to pre book a rental car for the day. Also is this road easily done within our time frame.
