    Northeast--Probably the highest growth rate in Colorado Springs over the last 10 years. District 11 schools (largest school district in town) combined with district 49 (formerly a rural school district 10 years ago with HUGE overcrowding issues). Not many trees in this area of town, but some nice views of Pikes Peak.

    Colorado has changed. Somethings are better, better restaurants being top of mind. To me, though, mostly for the worse. Places are terribly crowded, expensive, traffic is horrid. In the high country, high housing prices combined with so many short term vacation rentals have totally changed the mountain town vibe of 20 years ago.
