I made a three-day hotel reservation online on Aug.13/2020 around 8 p.m. to stay at the Rocky Mountain Ski Lodge in Canmore, Alberta, between Aug. 30 to Sept. 01/2020. I was certain that I was booking through the lodge's website since Reservations.com website looked very similar to it.
2. Re: Reservations.com "Not cool, misleading, no customer service". I too thought I was booking through the Hotel and I saw no information on my site about a $14.95 booking fee or anything about terms and conditions nor did I even get an email confirmation. In fact the site is very misleading.

1. Re: Calling 1-888 number FROM Canada to Mexico. 3 years ago. Only an initial thought but I worked for the phone company for over two decades and 888 numbers have ALWAYS been designated as "US Toll-Free Numbers." To my knowledge, NO 888 numbers (or 800 number-series, et al) are maintained by TelMex.
