I made a three-day hotel reservation online on Aug.13/2020 around 8 p.m. to stay at the Rocky Mountain Ski Lodge in Canmore, Alberta, between Aug. 30 to Sept. 01/2020. I was certain that I was booking through the lodge's website since Reservations.com website looked very similar to it.
From the travelocity.com website, under "Support - Customer Support - Contact Us", a phone number of 1-855-863-9601 is listed. They also have a Callback button you can click. You enter your name, itinerary number, and phone number and they will call you back. They list the wait time.
2. Re: Reservations.com "Not cool, misleading, no customer service". I too thought I was booking through the Hotel and I saw no information on my site about a $14.95 booking fee or anything about terms and conditions nor did I even get an email confirmation. In fact the site is very misleading.

Only an initial thought but I worked for the phone company for over two decades and 888 numbers have ALWAYS been designated as "US Toll-Free Numbers." To my knowledge, NO 888 numbers (or 800 number-series, et al) are maintained by TelMex.

6. Re: how to contact bravofly? 4 years ago. Having cancelled my flights, they confirmed a deducted amount and a refund value in voucher for the next flight! In order to request money to be deposited back into my account, I had to email a “fake” email address supplied by them: ccare-fly@en.customer-travel-care.com.
