The service was poor. They told us that our bus already left, even when we were there 30 minutes prior to departure and then they wanted us to buy the ticket again for 20 US dollars! When at the border to Singapore, the driver didn’t wait until we got through the immigration control and left without us, so we had to take a taxi.

Complaint to AirAsia and an automatic reply was received on 4/4/18. That was the last time I heard from them. This is my second encounter with AirAsia on complaint. The last time there was totally no reply either. I think Air Asia customer Service is one of the worst for a so-called Best Low Cost Carrier.
