Dont ever transfer your number to this company. The 16th of August I asked Lebara mobile to transfer my number from GiffGaff to their company. I purchased a plan AIO15 the 31 of July, 15£ plan, which expires the 31th of August. They told me they will transfer my number in 72 hours (3 days). Today it will be the 14th day I can't use my phone.
Both the customer experience and the response from Lebara to such a serious issue has been very poor and ridiculous. The big mistake from our side is to have used the credit card with them. I hope my experience is lesson for others who try to use Lebara or use a credit card/online transaction with them. We are changing our Lebara network right ...
The one and only time I bought a Lebara SIM I ended up putting int in the bin and getting a Vodafone one. Customer service is non existent.
