When I went through the Alamo website there was a place where I could click a link to Hawaii deals and HIPROMO came up in one box on the page. Then there was another box where I could put in a coupon code and I put "AD62371JT" (Entertainment booklet code) and it gave me the $199. per week for a convertible plus another $25. off.

Not for Alamo, but if you wish to consider Hertz, and may use a Marriott hotel during your trip, their reward scheme offers a decent discount on all bookings with Hertz, BTW, and can be used on Hertz's .co.uk website, and still include the insurances.
