    Quebec City could indeed be QC (but that is also the postal abbrev for the Province of Quebec). Personally I'd use QC in a post after I've introduced the idea and I'd like to use QUE for the Province (but haven't to date because it isn't the common abbrev that it used to be prior to postal abbrevs went to 2 letters vs 3 or 4).

    Like whitestoneny said, a standard polo shirt will do. Even jeans is accepted in 90% of the restaurants (provided you don't wear a rock band T-shirt over it). Nicer restaurants will be fine with normal clean pants and a clean standard shirt. Quebec province is a pretty casual and laid back culture =)
